He is renowned in the Rail industry as a passionate out of the box thinker who has influenced critical productive changes to clients' work. He leads our business in promoting competitive solutions to our clients' needs and providing the highest level of competent and committed field staff management that possess extensive knowledge of Safeworking. James’ experience has been based on him joining the Rail Industry as a Safeworker in 2012 after completing 6 years in the Royal Australian Army. He comes from an extensive background in Operational Logistics, Project Management and Military/ Business Strategy. James has been influential in the restructure of Track Protection Australia and moving the business forward to be relevant and become a market leader state by state. He has overseen client relationships and the delivery of dozens of Commissioning’s and Major Projects across ARTC, VLine and Metro Trains Melbourne, along with some of the largest companies in Australia today. In doing so, James has developed an excellent rapport with Track Protection Australia’s 150+ clients. In addition to this, James has been involved with several startup companies and has created revenue and the team to make all corporations recognised in their respective industries.

Tom is a Health and Safety professional with more than 14 years experience in construction and rail. With a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Tom is qualified to train employees in Fatigue, First Aid, Mental Health First Aid and other Work Health and Safety Training. Tom has a focus on working with the Host Employer to achieve their Health and Safety requirements through developing, maintaining and evaluating the WHS strategy to build a positive WHS culture and continuously improve WHS performance.
